Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. If necessary, contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at support@gemstoneking.com. You can return the item to: 555 Eighth Avenue, Room 300, New York, NY 10018.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the item is returned, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will refund the gift giver.

             

Shipping Returns

To return your jewelry, please mail it to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
